Requirements
- Optimize internal network infrastructure, including LAN, PABX, network printers and VPN.
- Implement performance enhancements to ensure network service reliability.
- Plan and execute scheduled preventive maintenance for internal systems.
- Create maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruption.
- Administer internal network infrastructure, including O365, website and related systems.
- Monitor network performance, security and reliability, addressing issues proactively.
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions and maintenance activities.
- Generate regular reports on network and systems performance with recommendations.
- Troubleshoot and analyze customer issues related to applications, network and systems to provide effective solutions.
- Conduct on-site visits to assess and resolve technical issues, offering guidance and support.
- Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies and product updates to provide accurate technical support.
Qualifications
- Bachelors of IT, Computer Science or Business Information Technology.
- 2 Years of experience in a similar role.
- Technical Proficiency-in-depth knowledge of networking principles internet protocols and ISP infrastructure.

- Troubleshooting skills-proficiency in using troubleshooting tools i.e traceroute to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
- Ticketing systems knowledge-familiarity with ticketing systems to manage customer support efficiently.
- Documentation skills-To Document troubleshooting steps and solutions for future reference
- Remote support tools-Ability to use remote tools to resolve customer issues remotely
- Adaptability-Ability to adapt to change in technology, customer needs and changes in Telecommunication industry.
