Requirements

  • Optimize internal network infrastructure, including LAN, PABX, network printers and VPN.
  • Implement performance enhancements to ensure network service reliability.
  • Plan and execute scheduled preventive maintenance for internal systems.
  • Create maintenance schedules to minimize operational disruption.
  • Administer internal network infrastructure, including O365, website and related systems.
  • Monitor network performance, security and reliability, addressing issues proactively.
  • Maintain detailed records of technical issues, resolutions and maintenance activities.
  • Generate regular reports on network and systems performance with recommendations.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze customer issues related to applications, network and systems to provide effective solutions.
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess and resolve technical issues, offering guidance and support.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, new technologies and product updates to provide accurate technical support.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors of IT, Computer Science or Business Information Technology.
  • 2 Years of experience in a similar role.
  • Technical Proficiency-in-depth knowledge of networking principles internet protocols and ISP infrastructure.

  • Troubleshooting skills-proficiency in using troubleshooting tools i.e traceroute to diagnose and resolve connectivity issues.
  • Ticketing systems knowledge-familiarity with ticketing systems to manage customer support efficiently.

  • Remote support tools-Ability to use remote tools to resolve customer issues remotely
  • Adaptability-Ability to adapt to change in technology, customer needs and changes in Telecommunication industry.
